Born and raised in Namibia, Eva Shifotoka is a graduate from the University of Namibia’s Law Faculty, with a Baccalaureus Juris and LLB degree in 2007 and 2009 respectively.

Prior to being admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court in February 2012, Eva Shifotoka started her illustrious Law career with Titus Ipumbu Legal Practitioners in 2010 as a candidate legal practitioner. Eva then made the move to further her career with Diedericks Incorporated, becoming a formidable face and respected lawyer in the courts and to her peers; landing her the role as Head of Civil Litigation at Conradie & Damaseb from the period 2013 to 2018 with a focus on and including complex disputes in general civil litigation predominantly contract, delict, family law as well as rendering legal advice to state-owned entities and local authorities.
