Natasha started out her career as a legal practitioner at Shikongo Law Chambers and Sisa Namandje & Co. Inc. She became a member of the Bar during March 2006. She has served as a council member and President of the Law Society, and as member of the Bar Council. She also serves as a director on several boards. Natasha has experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitrations and has served as an acting judge at the High Court during 2017.

Dalon’s practice focuses on a broad area in both public and private law. Before joining the Bar, Dalon occupied a number of legal capacities. Most notably, as a Judge’s Legal Assistant at the High Court of Namibia, and prior thereto, as a Public Prosecutor. Positions he held for several years.
In his capacity as Senior Judicial Assistant to Judge’s of the High Court, he assisted Judges in the Civil Action, Civil Motion, and the Criminal streams. During this time, he assisted in judicial writing, legal memoranda, legal research, compliance and court processes.
As a Public Prosecutor, Dalon worked with matters dealing with commercial, fraudulent, corruption and transnational crimes, which included conducting investigation, providing legal opinions, and prosecution. Working with highly sensitive matters, including matters involving vulnerable witnesses, Trafficking in Persons, Trans-National Crime, and family court matters.
